At PMI Cegid | TIMSOFT, I analyze client needs and business processes across production, sales, purchasing, and inventory management to identify functional solutions. I also diagnose ERP incidents through functional analysis, technical investigations, SQL database checks, and configuration adjustments.
I support users with ERP functionalities and coordinate with technical teams to help resolve issues effectively.
For my final year project internship at B2M-IT, I designed and developed a conversational agent connecting WhatsApp with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. I integrated n8n and OpenAI into workflows to support access to business information and automate client interactions.
At TunUp - Pixartprinting, I automated coaching-tracking by centralizing data and streamlining reporting, using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. In academic projects, I customized an Odoo ERP solution and developed Power BI dashboards for KPI visualization.
