What I'm looking for

I’m looking to leverage my SAP SCM/FI and ERP process expertise to own migrations, deliver reliable L1–L3 support, coordinate UAT, and improve data flows—working closely with business and technical teams in Agile environments.

I’m a Functional and Technical Analyst bridging business, operations, and development teams in Agile environments. As the main point of contact for ERP and applications, I manage ERP migrations, user requests, and daily operational support with N3 escalation when needed.

At Rosenberger Group, I gather ERP requirements, write functional specifications, and lead UAT coordination to ensure solutions meet business needs. I also manage authorization and access controls, handle upgrades and migrations, and monitor data flows to keep operations reliable and secure.

I’m hands-on with technical analysis and issue resolution, including ticket management and root-cause analysis. I optimize process efficiency by improving ERP processes, reporting mechanisms, and operational system monitoring across domains.

Beyond ERP, I’ve built web and mobile applications through multiple internships, including an appointment management app (“MeetHub”) and web-based projects using modern frameworks and agile delivery. My goal is to leverage my ERP and process expertise—especially SAP SCM/FI support (L1/L2/L3)—to deliver dependable business operations and continuous improvement.
