What I'm looking for

I’m seeking remote roles across operations, customer success, account management, QA, training, project coordination, and executive operations. I’m strongest at improving processes, supporting teams and clients, solving problems, and building efficient workflows that improve performance and day-to-day execution.

I lead day-to-day operations and quality at Mannekin Inc. | Event Space Elites, partnering with the CEO across sales, marketing, client success, and technical teams. I oversee KPIs, conversion metrics, service quality, workflows, SOPs, hiring, onboarding, billing disputes, and operational risk.

Previously at Revibe Technology, I launched the QA department and created quality standards, QA matrices, and training programs for Care, Sales, and Operations teams. At ILG Global, I launched customer service operations, tested Bitrix24, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho, and led the launch and quality assurance of the company website and chatbot.

My background also includes frontline financial support at HSBC, VIP account management at 360imaging, and training, real-time management, quality monitoring, coaching, and customer service roles at Vodafone International Services and Sutherland Global Services.
