I improve retention and customer experiences for global membership clients.
IndiaWhat I'm looking for
At My Yoga Teacher, I manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle for 1:1 and group memberships across the US, UK, and Europe. I handle technical escalations spanning platform functionality, scheduling, connectivity, and payments.
I work with product, tech, and QA teams through Jira and Plane to log bugs, test features, and streamline processes. Using Tableau to identify retention trends and churn drivers, I've reduced response time by 35%, reduced churn by 25%, and maintained 95%+ satisfaction scores.
Previously, at Sun-Tech Realtors, I managed B2B client relationships, prospecting, pipeline generation, CRM reporting, and forecasts. I enjoy turning customer feedback into better service delivery, clearer processes, and product improvements.
