What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a role where I can lead and mentor design teams while remaining hands-on in product and brand design, focusing on user research-driven solutions and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked across startups and agencies, leading everything from design systems and research programs to consumer-facing experiences used by millions. Most recently at Eaze, I split my time between managing a brand and product design team and shipping high-quality work as an IC, partnering closely with product and engineering to drive both user impact and business outcomes.

I care deeply about building products that feel intuitive, inclusive, and emotionally smart — not just usable. I bring a strong visual and brand background into product design, which helps me create experiences that feel polished, intentional, and aligned across touchpoints. As a leader, I’m known for being collaborative, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping people do the best work of their careers.
