What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a product team where strategic design thinking drives measurable impact. I want to build scalable design systems, validate with behavior data, and use AI intentionally to ship confidently—without losing user-centered clarity, especially when stakes are high.

I’m a Product Designer specializing in translating user behavior into scalable design systems. With 8+ years designing B2B and B2C experiences for teams including Change.org, Kiva, and ClassDojo, I focus on clarity, efficiency, and outcomes that hold up in the real world.

I validate design direction through data, maintain stakeholder alignment, and communicate complex decisions confidently across teams. I’ve designed 0–1 products with scrappy prototypes to prove the first useful value, and I’ve run optimization work using hypotheses and testing approaches like feature flags.

I’ve worked in the first design teams to integrate ChatGPT into production workflows, and I use AI as an accelerator—not a replacement for thinking. I leverage LLMs to speed research and synthesis, generate wireframes, explore edge cases, and stress-test user flows while keeping a user-centered focus.

Safety-critical products taught me to adapt rigor to the stakes: mistakes can be dangerous, not just frustrating. Whether I’m building agentic SaaS patterns or improving checkout and onboarding, my principle stays the same—tie decisions to real behavior and measurable outcomes, not assumptions.
