At JCB, I manage telehandler engineering projects from prototype to production launch. I delivered the 3T 530-70 BS-V standard low-cost product for the Indian Army, helping win a 93-machine order.
At CNH industrial, I was Project Lead & Designer for global loaders and attachments, managing parts planning and release across 38 product variants for three utility tractor platforms. My work included subframe design and development, and I contributed to two patents.
Earlier, at Larsen & Toubro, I worked on converting an engine-powered Boom Lift into a fully electric machine, including battery-box and chassis design. Across my product development work, I’ve handled vehicle integration, design reviews, EBOM management, and prototype issue closure.
