Led design and development of BIW parts and structures for commercial vehicles, including cargo and rear bumper structures for global pickup projects. Coordinated cross-functional teams and supported vehicle builds and documentation.

Led design of a 2.5 ton mini excavator cabin, including packaging, aluminum extrusion door design, and gap/flushness analysis. Managed a three-member team and coordinated with CAE, manufacturing, and stamping teams.

Worked on joinery and sequencing of panels for assembly feasibility of a hydrogen truck cab. Generated master sections based on benchmarking and strength requirements, and worked with materials like SMC, GFRP, and carbon fiber.

Designed and developed bus body structures including engine tunnel, floor, underbody, and roof systems. Resolved assembly issues, supported production, and coordinated with validation and integration teams.

Designed components for motorcycles and three-wheelers, reducing development time and cost by using standard parts. Created product structures and manufacturing drawings, and supported the design release process.

Designed sheet metal assemblies and structures for JCB equipment, including hydraulic and fuel tanks, steer columns, and cab modifications. Prepared drawings and worked on plastic components and loader arms.

Developed 3D models and assemblies for defense applications using NX 8, including sheet metal projects. Collaborated with product developers and engineers to operationalize concepts.
