At John Deere India Pvt. Ltd, I work on vehicle integration and the design and development of vehicle systems and sub-systems. For the Wirtgen Large Milling Machine PDP, I designed the operator station and engine hood, developed engine hood concepts, and designed a display sliding mechanism that was validated in the PV&V lab.
I’ve also contributed to the self-lifting mechanism for a 55-ton Slipform Paver, using hand calculations and FEA validation to assess loads and identify critical load cases. Earlier projects included excavator structures and components, cooling systems for E-CELL trucks, and chassis design for wheeled loading shovels.
