Delivered design support for agricultural equipment product lines including tractors and harvesters. Served as ECN Checker for AGCO manufacturing plants across the USA, Italy, and Germany.

Industrialized the xEnergy Elite (MODAN) low-voltage switchboard for the Schrems, Austria plant, developing assembly instruction documentation (BA) and detailed part drawings. Executed Engineering Change Releases (ECR) through ECO using Creo Direct (CAD) and Model Manager (PLM).

Worked on the brake system of the electric Volvo Heavy Duty Truck and led EATS Installation and Fuel System design in compliance with Euro 7 emission norms. Successfully closed 12 Product Issue Logs (PILs) through structured root cause analysis using the 8D problem-solving methodology.

Contributed to design and development using Creo sheet metal and cabling modules, alongside Creo View with MCAD. Managed the ECN process including model quality checks, interference checks, and drawing standard compliance.

Designed and developed truck load bodies using Creo; released parts and assemblies via Teamcenter PLM. Updated 3D assemblies and created 2D drawings under strict timelines while maintaining quality standards.

Designed and customized LV PCC, MCC, and Distribution Board assemblies to customer specifications, including ACB/MCCB, bus-coupler, busbar-support, and sheet-metal enclosure arrangements, complying with IEC 61439 and IP54 requirements. Optimized switchboard assemblies for current capacity using Creo and AutoCAD.
