What I'm looking for

I'm looking to drive enterprise growth through innovative e-commerce strategy, intelligent automation, operational excellence, and high-impact product experiences in scalable, customer-centric global businesses.

At Merck KGaA, I build Product Data and Digital Commerce Operations frameworks that support global growth and enterprise transformation.

I lead a team of 10 and deliver global product launches through product onboarding, information governance, taxonomy strategy, and cross-functional readiness. My AI-led automation and product-data optimization work has unlocked more than 300 operational hours in productivity gains.

Previously at Merck, I accelerated e-commerce launches, integrated product data across SAP ERP, CMS, and digital ecosystems, and improved visibility through SEO, content, and landing-page optimization. I also led Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives, delivered INR 100K–200K in cost savings, and earned an Individual Excellence Award.

Earlier, at Novozymes South Asia, I supported Household Care Enzyme portfolios, built sales enablement assets, and automated reporting to save up to four hours per employee per day. I combine digital commerce, product information governance, analytics, and operational improvement to create measurable customer and business outcomes.
