Notable achievements include spearheading a complex re-fleeting exercise for Air Botswana, resulting in improved financial performance. I have also been involved in continuous improvement initiatives, such as aligning short-term plans with long-term mine plans at Debswana.
As the Director General of Ceiba Intercontinental, I have led a team of executives from different countries, harmonizing their cultures and work ethic to create and deliver value for the airline. At Air Botswana, as the General Manager, I successfully transformed the airline and privatized it through re-fleeting, organizational restructuring, and implementing a new operating model. During my tenure at Vivo Energy Botswana, I played a key role in the successful transition from Shell Oil to Vivo Energy.
