What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead AI and LLM quality programs where I can shape evaluation standards, improve multimodal model experiences, manage and coach evaluation teams, and partner with engineering teams on launch-ready quality.

I've evaluated Google's conversational AI assistant from Bard to Gemini across text, voice, and image generation, assessing relevance, factual grounding, semantic accuracy, grammar, and user experience.

I lead multilingual voice evaluation in English and Hindi, comparative multi-model assessments, and Human-in-the-Loop reviews that inform quality direction and launch decisions.

At QualityAI on the Google Search Experience Program, I manage a 10–15 person QA and evaluation team while owning quality for Search Onebox modules, launch readiness, release sign-off, and P0 escalation processes.

Earlier, I led end-to-end QA for Onesys One Platform and ISG mobile applications, coordinating manual and automation delivery across Android and iOS. I bring 14 years of quality engineering experience supported by Generative AI & LLM Quality Management, Prompt Engineering, and Google AI Essentials certifications.
