I'm looking for an update specialist, operations coordinator, customer support, carrier relations, or logistics operations role where I can manage communication, tracking, documentation, and timely status updates.

I'm currently conducting high-volume outbound calls to drivers across the United States as a Driver Recruiter Trainee and Lead Generation Specialist, collecting, verifying, and documenting information while providing status updates.
