What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a logistics or dispatch role where I can coordinate transportation operations, improve route and load execution, communicate with drivers and customers, and grow my operational and client relationship management skills.

I've supported transportation operations at ALZ EXPRESS, COLIBRI GROUP, TITAN TEAM TRUCKERS, and CHYNGA INC, coordinating drivers, customers, and shipment execution.

I plan loads, optimize routes, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues to help ensure freight moves on time. My work combines dispatch operations with clear driver communication and responsive customer service.

With 2.5 years of logistics and dispatch experience, I also bring sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. I focus on communication, problem solving, and operational efficiency.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from Tashkent State University of Economics and communicate fluently in Uzbek, English, Russian, and Persian.
