I’m looking for a remote-friendly role where I can combine customer experience with IT/telecom operations—owning end-to-end support, solving issues fast, and improving processes through CRM and cross-team coordination.

I’m a customer-focused Customer Experience & Operations professional with 3 years of experience in customer relations, support, and IT operations. I take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, resolving issues efficiently, and keeping service quality high from inquiry to post-stay follow-up.
