What I'm looking for

I am mainly looking for a remote role where I can use my experience in instructional design, product ownership, Agile delivery, and education technology. I would like to work with a supportive, collaborative team where I can help improve learning products, systems, and workflows while contributing to meaningful learner outcomes.

I am an education-sector specialist with more than 10 years of experience across teaching, instructional design, programme management, quality assurance, operations, and product ownership. I currently work as a Product Owner and Scrum Master, leading the delivery of digital learning programmes and EdTech features while working closely with executive leadership, developers, QA teams, content teams, and academic stakeholders. My experience includes designing learning programmes, managing online education operations, coaching teams, improving workflows, and integrating AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude into content development and delivery processes.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, a Bachelor of Education in Foundation Phase, and certifications in Google Instructional Design, Google Project Management, Professional Scrum Master I, Agile with AI and Jira, TEFL, facilitation, moderation, and assessment. I am passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences, improving education systems, supporting teams, and using technology to make learning more effective, accessible, and engaging.
