I’m looking for a role where I can run end-to-end recruiting with structured workflows, high-volume sourcing, and ATS-driven visibility—partnering closely to improve candidate experience while delivering compliant, timely hiring for technical teams.

I’m a Recruiter based in Navi Mumbai, leading end-to-end recruitment across India & Europe for technical & non-technical roles within a 30+ employee consulting setup. I drive structured hiring workflows from requisition planning through offer rollout & onboarding, focusing on repeatable processes and compliant documentation.

I built and sustained a 4k+ candidate talent pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, and structured campus hiring initiatives, including outreach to 2k+ graduates via AlmaLaurea. I leverage TeamTailor ATS to streamline shortlisting, track recruitment metrics, and enhance pipeline visibility—helping deliver timely closures and audit readiness.
