I've delivered digital lending, trade finance, compliance, and transformation outcomes across Colonial First State and Westpac Institutional Banking. Most recently, I established a registry of 100+ SaaS applications and AI capabilities at Colonial First State, defining ownership and accountability models for AI governance.

At Westpac, I owned lending product backlogs and led the end-to-end delivery of a digital bank guarantees platform, from user stories and architecture through legal frameworks, testing, operational readiness, and pilot launch. I also represented Westpac in a multi-bank blockchain joint venture, helping shape platform strategy, commercial arrangements, and enterprise adoption.

I've helped deliver a corporate lending portal for 1,500+ customers supporting $40B in lending, reducing drawdown and guarantee processing from 20 days to 5 days. My work brings together product strategy, customer-centric process design, regulatory requirements, risk controls, and cross-functional delivery.
