I’m a detail-oriented Estimator with 25+ years of experience in residential and commercial construction and insurance restoration. I’m Xactimate Level I–III certified, and I focus on accuracy, efficiency, and deep industry knowledge—especially estimating and project auditing with Xactimate.

In remote roles like Legacy Restoration LLC / Southern Roofing & Renovations, I audited and reconciled estimates, delivered accurate Xactimate-based pricing, and tracked costs and margins to support strong project outcomes. I led communication with adjusters and clients on scope and documentation, ensuring projects move forward with the right information from the start.

During large-loss mitigation and reconstruction work at Spring Tree Restoration LLC, I specialized in finalizing scopes with insurance adjusters while maintaining job site quality control. I managed project documentation, invoicing, and completion certificates, using tools like AccuLynx and JobNimbus to track and report progress.

Since May 2004 at Storm Contracting, Inc., I’ve also supported commercial mitigation as a GC & Xactimate Specialist, including hotel restoration. I ensure compliance with specs and code, negotiate subcontracts, and maintain complete project records—permits, certificates, and inspection results—so estimates translate into dependable execution.
