What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can design CEFR-aligned curricula and assessments, lead pilots end-to-end, and use data to improve learning outcomes—working closely with stakeholders to build scalable, learner-centred programs.

I’m a Learning Design & Innovation professional who builds CEFR-aligned English and soft-skills programs for vocational and allied-healthcare learners. I combine instructional design rigor—Bloom’s Taxonomy, blended pedagogy, and rubric-based evaluation—with a postgraduate background in Organisational Psychology to design learner-centred content and measure what improves outcomes.

In my current role as Senior Associate – Learning Design & Innovation at Virohan Pvt. Ltd., I redesign English curriculum across multiple semesters, translating concept blueprints into measurable lesson plans, retention quizzes, and real-life application activities. I also integrate AI where it supports learning (for example, redesigning an email-writing module), and I lead pilot work end-to-end—from objectives and success metrics to data-backed recommendations for leadership.

Earlier, as a Senior Facilitator / Senior SME / Examiner, I trained learners in English language and power/soft skills using blended learning and assessed proficiency, interview readiness, grooming, and etiquette through a defined scoring matrix. I also contributed through content review and SME development—auditing 65+ concepts, training SMEs on competency rubrics, and running EF SET benchmarking (including testing and a CEFR training guide) to improve consistency and placement accuracy.
