At Optum (UnitedHealth Group), I led the migration of a Revenue Cycle Management tool from a legacy .NET stack to Next.js, React, and TypeScript. I also developed interactive data tables that received excellent client feedback.
I created type-safe REST APIs, integrated role-based access control, and implemented real-time APIs with Socket.io. These changes reduced API-related bugs by 45%, unauthorized access incidents by 95%, and server load by more than 65%.
I also built a multiclass classifier for clinical coding audit prediction, achieving 83% accuracy and a 0.89 ROC-AUC on validation data. Outside work, I built a RAG-based clinical assistant and a computer vision guitar-learning application.
