At Outcom.AI, I built full-stack features for a revenue-intelligence CRM platform, including CRM data modelling and authentication and authorization workflows.
I developed automation pipelines integrating Gmail, Google Sheets, Rocketlane, and Zoom, and built LLM-evaluation and semantic retrieval components that reduced knowledge lookup latency by 70%. I also implemented LLM observability with Langfuse and configured GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
On Flowboard, I built real-time collaboration features for a web-based whiteboard, including live cursor tracking and undo/redo. As Cybersecurity Domain Lead at Iota, The Projects Club, I led a student team and organised Capture the Flag competitions.
