What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an HR Recruiter position where I can use my recruitment expertise and candidate management abilities to support organizational growth and an efficient hiring process.

At 19Macademy, I source candidates through LinkedIn, screen applicants, and conduct preliminary interviews to assess suitability for different roles.

I coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups, and maintain recruitment trackers and records using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. During my HR Internship at Inder Industries, I analyzed employee survey data and prepared reports and recommendations on employee satisfaction and the working environment.
