What I'm looking for

I'm building on my IT and application support experience while pursuing DevOps and cloud training, with a focus on IT infrastructure and cloud support.

At Infotech Corporation of Goa (ITG), I provided day-to-day technical and application support for the MPLADS section at the District Collector Office, South Goa. I troubleshot software, hardware, and connectivity incidents to help keep government portals and internal applications running.

I maintained and enhanced internal MPLAD fund-tracking applications, including frontend updates, bug fixes, REST API integration, and SQL queries. I also supported office devices and network connectivity, escalating issues to L2 engineers when needed.

Before ITG, I developed web applications at Genora Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and assisted with website development as a Software Developer Intern at Infipre IT Services. I'm currently pursuing DevOps and cloud training, building on my experience across application support, infrastructure, and development.
