I’m a Cloud Operations Engineer with hands-on experience managing and automating AWS and Azure infrastructure in production environments. I provision and maintain systems using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation, enforce security best practices through IAM and least-privilege access, and keep high availability through proactive monitoring and incident response. I also administer Linux servers, handle SSL/TLS and DNS via Route 53, and perform patching using AWS SSM and manual methods.

In my current role, I manage core services like EC2, S3, RDS, ELB, VPC, CloudFront, and WAF, and I automate deployments by scripting with Python and PowerShell to reduce manual toil. I monitored and troubleshot issues using CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Site24x7, and Logic Monitor, supporting P1 incidents via ticketing while achieving over 95% SLA compliance. I also participated in critical security remediation across compromised cPanel hosting servers—performing vulnerability assessments with Bash, executing Bare Metal Recovery (BMR), and patching to secure versions under strict time constraints—so infrastructure integrity is restored quickly and threats can’t reoccur.
