I’m looking to continue providing compassionate, patient-centered care—supporting critically ill and hospice patients, collaborating with care teams, and helping families through emotionally challenging moments.

I’m a dedicated and compassionate LPN with 10+ years of experience, eager to help critically ill patients. I bring a highly empathetic approach and a special ability to provide psychosocial and emotional support to culturally sensitive patients.

Across acute care and hospice settings, I interview patients about current problems, medications, and allergies; review medical records; and participate in treatment regimens under physician and registered nurse supervision. I establish and document patient treatment regimens, perform routine immunizations and nebulizer treatments, administer and read TB tests, and support phlebotomy and IV set-up with careful attention to patient comfort and safety.

I also collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, nursing assistants, and other stakeholders to prepare and adjust patient care plans as needed. Whether monitoring vital signs and physical comfort or providing end-of-life education and support to loved ones, I maintain accurate charts and records and communicate changes promptly. I’m hands-on with caregiver instruction, and I bring strong team leadership to every care team I join.
