I’m a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) focused on providing exceptional, patient-centered healthcare in skilled and hospice-adjacent settings. I bring hands-on clinical skills and a steady, compassionate approach when patients need comfort, monitoring, and clear care coordination.

In my current roles, I provide excellent nursing care across several facilities, including skilled nursing facilities. I deliver IV therapy, tracheostomy care, and wound care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support strong, consistent outcomes.

As an LPN NOC manager, I provide end-of-life care by assessing, monitoring, and managing end of life symptoms. I also handle triage patient phone calls and continue partnering with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely, appropriate next steps for patients and families.

Previously, I advanced my practice as a Travel RCM/LPN and preceptor, strengthening my advanced patient assessment and proficiency with electronic health records systems. I also served as a PCT and preceptor at a dialysis center, building expertise in dialysis machine operation, cannulation and vascular access, plus infection control and sterilization.
