What I'm looking for

I am seeking hands-on nursing roles where I can provide compassionate patient care, support clinical teams, work with EMR systems, and grow in leadership and care coordination.

I am a Licensed Practical Nurse with extensive hands-on experience in urgent care, hospice, and community-based care, providing vital signs monitoring, medication administration, patient rooming, and clinical support using EMR systems like Allscripts, Occusource, PEARL, and TouchWorks. I have led small teams as Assistant Center Operations Director while maintaining direct patient care, conducting DOT drug screens, and coordinating with labs and clinicians to ensure efficient, safe care.

I bring years of experience as a CNA, PCA, hospice aide, and case manager, delivering compassionate support to elderly and homebound clients through activities of daily living assistance, companionship, and care-plan adherence.
