What I'm looking for

I’m looking to transition into data-driven and technology-focused roles while continuing to develop my technical and analytical skills.

At Concentrix, I support premium airline customers by phone, chat, and email. I resolve booking, baggage, and travel issues using Amadeus and Salesforce.

I’m studying Computer Science with a focus on AI and Data Science at University of Economics and Human Sciences. My studies include machine learning and data analytics, and I’ve completed coursework in data structures and algorithms.

On my StudentPortalUIRedesign project, I redesigned a school system interface using user research and UX practices to refine its layout and functionality. I’m developing my technical and analytical skills for data-driven and technology-focused roles.
