I’m looking for an entry-level remote role where I can manage emails, support customer inquiries, and handle administrative tasks. I want a team that values accuracy, clear communication, and meeting deadlines while I grow in virtual assistant and customer support work.

I am currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and have developed strong skills in communication, organization, and administrative support.

I am comfortable managing emails, responding to customer inquiries, scheduling tasks, and supporting daily business operations. I have good written communication skills and can handle professional correspondence clearly and efficiently.

I am detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently in remote environments. I am also eager to learn new tools and systems such as CRM platforms, scheduling tools, and team collaboration software.

I am seeking an opportunity as a Virtual Assistant or Customer Support Representative where I can contribute to improving communication and workflow within a team.
