What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can combine customer service, coaching, and a marketing/growth mindset to improve customer outcomes, support teams, and build toward long-term leadership.

I’m a business student with a customer-first mindset and a passion for helping people build real-world independence. As an Independent Living Skills Coach (ILS), I create step-by-step plans, teach practical transportation skills, and help clients achieve goals—while maintaining CPR certification and a supportive, motivating approach.

I bring hands-on experience from fast-paced customer environments, including POS operation, inventory management, scheduling support, and maintaining clean, welcoming spaces. I also worked as a hybrid/mostly remote consulting intern where I helped develop the brand, researched customer-growth strategies, and created website drafts, wireframes, and language—alongside measurable retail impact like improving sale margins by 20%.
