I hold a Degree in Communications from the Faculty of Media and Communications in Belgrade, and I’ve built my career around helping organizations deliver results through clear communication and solid execution. Early on, I gained experience as a producer with the Free Zone Film Festival, supporting marketing plans, partner coordination, and volunteer operations.

As a self-employed consultant and entrepreneur at Q MANAGEMENT, I manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables. I also design and develop websites—working with WordPress and using HTML and CSS—then handle maintenance, updates, and ensure design and functionality meet standards. Alongside that, I create communication plans, develop messaging and content for channels including social media and websites, and monitor communication metrics to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

Before that, I worked as a Specialty cafeteria Coffee Laboratory Manager, handling daily operations such as scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies while ensuring health and safety compliance. I managed social media accounts and created social media campaigns, implemented cost-saving measures to improve profitability, resolved customer concerns, and built customer loyalty programs—always staying focused, proactive, and quick to respond.
