What I'm looking for

I seek client-facing roles that combine operations, content production, and continuous learning in collaborative teams, with opportunities to improve processes and products.

I am a customer-focused professional with experience in banking, publishing, and digital content creation. I have a strong record of presenting products and services, managing client portfolios, and supporting credit and transaction documentation processes, combined with initiative in proposing product improvements.

I have supported manuscript production and technical checks for scientific publishing, and contributed to digital marketing and content workflows using tools such as Buffer, Jasper, Writesonic, Asana, and Adobe Photoshop. I adapt quickly, work well in teams or independently, and bring solid organizational and planning skills.

I hold a master's degree in Environmental Protection in Agriculture and a bachelor's in Geospatial Foundations of the Environment, and I seek roles where I can apply my client-facing, technical, and content-production strengths while continuing to learn and take on new challenges.
