What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my customer-focused Tier II troubleshooting experience in a cybersecurity technical support environment, resolving access, authentication, endpoint, and enterprise technology issues.

At ScionHealth, I provide Tier II technical support for approximately 5,000 healthcare employees across hospitals, facilities, and remote locations, resolving complex endpoint, access, authentication, and connectivity issues.

I own incidents from intake through troubleshooting, root-cause identification, resolution, documentation, or escalation. My hands-on work spans Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, ServiceNow, VPN/GlobalProtect, Citrix, SCCM, network connectivity, and MFA support.

Previously, I supported access management at Humana and desktop environments at Freudenberg Medical, where I deployed software, imaged workstations, and supported more than 300 users. I’m ready to bring my customer-focused troubleshooting foundation to a cybersecurity technical support environment.
