I bring 6 years of combined experience across technology sales, hardware support, network operations, and desktop support. I’m focused on troubleshooting both user-facing and network-based issues, with a strong habit of quickly triaging and driving resolutions.
In my current Helpdesk Support Technician II role, I provide immediate triage for client networks, domains, servers, and phone systems. I support hosted services including Active Directory, DHCP/DNS, network shares, Exchange, and NVR, and I’ve worked across AAD, on-prem AD, and hybrid Azure/on-prem and workgroup implementations.
Previously, as an IT Operations Technician II, I supported end-users via calls, email, and ticketing—handling account lockouts, software troubleshooting/installation (including SCCM deployments), and MFA registration through Microsoft Entra ID. Earlier, as a Tier II Technical Analyst at a broadband/VPN provider, I configured and troubleshot AT&T VPN gateways and delivered SLA-based lifecycle support using over-the-phone Layer 1 when needed.
