I’m looking for a D2C team where I can own e-commerce operations end-to-end, map workflows, build SOPs and dashboards (Excel/SQL/Power BI), and apply AI-assisted automation to reduce manual review while improving data flow reliability.

I’m an Operations Manager focused on D2C e-commerce and technical implementation, turning recurring operational problems into repeatable systems. I map workflows end-to-end, diagnose root causes, and standardize execution with SOPs, KPI dashboards, and clear ownership routines. I also strengthen data flows across channels so teams can ship faster with fewer manual checks.

In marketplace operations, I’ve managed Shopify-to-marketplace data flow, inventory buffers, pricing checks, and SKU variation logic while protecting catalog integrity.
