I later expanded into Amazon Seller Central and FBA, managing premium audio products, listings, inventory, fulfillment, pricing, PPC, analytics, and conversion optimization.
Since 2022, I've led two teams of 28 people managing 80–100 client selling accounts, with a top account reaching approximately $25K in monthly sales. I've also trained more than 1,000 course customers, personally coached around 80 sellers, written eight e-commerce books, and built French- and English-language YouTube channels focused on practical marketplace growth.
