At Worldcall, I lead a 42-engineer organization across three fintech and AI products. I built an internal multi-agent system in which Claude implements changes and Codex reviews them, while the agent monitors delivery, creates JIRA tickets and reports sprint status.
I introduced OCR-based document extraction into KYC onboarding and trained the extraction model, cutting manual document processing by 70%. I also established the engineering operating model, including coding standards, security practices and release workflows.
At Neon, I built CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Docker and AWS ECS/ECR, and defined GitFlow across development, test, UAT and production environments. For healthcare AI client Basata, I built OCR and LLM pipelines to extract information from prescriptions and referrals and classify PHI.
Earlier, at 10Pearls, I worked on secure banking platforms adopted by 22 European banks. My experience also includes payments, payroll, healthcare platforms and AI products such as the AI Receptionist, which I’m preparing for commercial launch.
