At Propellus I built a multi-tenant visa-processing SaaS from scratch and run it in production, on NestJS, PostgreSQL, TypeORM, Redis, and AWS (EC2, S3, CI/CD). I designed the tenant-isolation architecture, added a Redis caching layer across the hot read paths to cut response times and database load, and built an AI-powered OCR pipeline on the OpenAI API that processes 1,000+ documents a month at 85-90% accuracy and cut submission time by 40%.

Before Propellus, at Folio3 I built a real-estate SaaS serving 10+ enterprise clients, integrating the Zillow and Zumper APIs and lifting rental submissions by 20%. I shipped React and Chart.js analytics dashboards and designed an RBAC licensing system plus an intercompany transaction module for enterprise workflows.

Earlier roles sharpened the fundamentals: fintech middleware and secure integrations in C# at Premier PayFast, and scalable inventory and product backends on Node.js, Express, and MongoDB at Buniyaad.
