What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-friendly role where I can manage cross-functional pharmaceutical/health IT programs with strict compliance, clear SLAs/KPIs, and measurable outcomes—leveraging my PharmD expertise to deliver FDA/regulatory-aligned projects end-to-end.

I’m a PharmD-credentialed project manager with a concentration in FDA Drug Development & Regulatory Affairs, and I bring hands-on experience managing cross-functional pharmaceutical and healthcare technology programs in fully remote environments. In my current Prior Authorization Program Specialist role at DrFirst, I serve as the central project coordinator (“quarterback”) across PBMs, physician offices, developers, and clinical staff—defining scope, tracking deliverables, resolving escalations, and driving milestones to completion on schedule.

I also lead configuration and quality assurance of payer-specific prior authorization requirements in DrFirst’s rules engine, translating complex regulatory and payer policy into structured operational formats. I monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, produce documentation for audits and reporting cycles, and implement process improvements that reduce authorization delays and improve prescriber outcomes, while aligning day-to-day work with CMS guidelines, payer coverage policies, and healthcare privacy standards.

Beyond that, I’ve built long-term project operations experience as a Founder & Project Operations Manager—managing 10+ years of concurrent client engagements end-to-end, from scope and resourcing through vendor coordination, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery within budget. My earlier internship work across PBM prior authorization reviews and digital pharmacy/health IT product development strengthened my ability to connect clinical evidence and drug information analysis with practical technology and workflow execution.
