What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can strengthen production support, systems, network security, monitoring, and automation capabilities while contributing to reliable operations and cross-functional projects.

At Planisware, I support production environments by analyzing, resolving, and escalating incidents while connecting development, operations, and infrastructure teams.

I configure and monitor enterprise services with Nagios, helping maintain 99.9% availability for critical client systems. I also troubleshoot RHEL and Ubuntu environments, administer PostgreSQL, and automate routine maintenance and self-service operations with Rundeck.

During internships at OMMP, I assessed log management and security platforms through performance, data-ingestion, and security testing. I also developed a stock-management platform and gained practical experience with communication networks, routing protocols, and web development.

Alongside my technical work, I led Finance & Legal, audit, and HR initiatives at AIESEC Tunisia, strengthening my experience in team leadership, budgeting, stakeholder communication, process improvement, and performance coaching.
