At One Digital, I own end-to-end configuration and administration of Employee Navigator. I translate client requirements into system builds, analyze data to support system accuracy and billing integrity, and create custom reports for payroll reconciliation and financial tracking.

I lead client onboarding, training, and adoption at One Digital, and implement workflow improvements to reduce manual intervention. I also serve as the liaison between the platform vendor, internal teams, and client stakeholders.

At Member Benefits, I was the sole specialist for the bswift portal. I maintained client benefits information, developed a Consolidated Billing Report for payroll teams, and created a user guide while training clients to use the portal.

Earlier, I analyzed employee benefits and supported renewals at HUB International, coordinated real estate transactions at Keller Williams, and worked in operations, systems, and digital marketing at The Bike Path and Annie’s Boutique. At Sessions, Fishman, Nathan & Israel, LLC, I managed licensing paralegals and kept clients’ collections agency licenses aligned with state regulations.
