I’m an accomplished CEO with 15+ years of global experience in the healthcare and medical industry, focused on strategic leadership, market expansion, and cross-border operations. I build and scale organizations globally with a practical, execution-first mindset.

As Chief Executive Officer at AbiCure Medical AB (2022–Now), I lead strategic and operational functions for Sweden headquarters and the Pakistan branch. I drive growth through market expansion, regulatory compliance, product development, and partnerships with distributors, manufacturers, and regulatory authorities.

Earlier, as Director of Marketing and Business Development (2020–2022), I led global marketing strategy, launched 7 new healthcare products, and built a 110-person sales branch in Pakistan. I also bridged R&D and marketing to strengthen product innovation and competitiveness.

Before that, as International Business Unit Manager (2015–2020) and in international sales/marketing roles, I owned product and business development for ENT medical devices across 40+ countries. I handled product management, clinical study supervision, pricing strategy, and growth planning—grounded in digital marketing and strong customer/distributor relationships.
