What I'm looking for

I’m looking to return to hands-on technical leadership in a product-focused environment, after gaining managerial experience.

At Medical University of Lodz, I lead the Regional Center for Digital Medicine while staying hands-on with Symfony and FastAPI development, architecture prototypes, and code reviews. I direct a seven-person interdisciplinary team and guide technical roadmaps for clinical platforms and AI-based systems in medicine.

As Lead PHP Developer at Medical University of Lodz, I led and mentored a team of programmers and data scientists and owned six production applications. I architected Symfony eCRF platforms for four clinical studies, supporting around 300 users and 2,300 patient records, and developed a genomic analysis pipeline in Python and CUDA that sped up computations by 20–100x.

On GlyCulator, I architected and developed a platform for integrating and scientifically analyzing continuous glucose monitoring files, with a database of almost one billion time-series records. I’m looking to return to hands-on technical leadership in a product-focused environment.
