I’m bringing a new startup to the market as one of the founding members. I am responsible for technology, product and the engineering team. We create a great engineering culture, with a lot of autonomy and trust. We challenge each other on a daily basis and create strong relationships as a basis for the great teamwork we want to achieve.

After a lateral move within the company (same group as Ars Thanea) I become a team leader, and soon after Senior Team leader, and I get to actively shape the culture, as well as mentor people taking their first steps on a management path. I leave writing code behind to focus on people and business.

I’m in the vanguard of a technical revolution within the company. I bring a new tech stack, more robust methods, and change the way we work between the departments. Together, we build really strong technical foundations that allowed us to transition from a creative agency into a serious software house.

Creating one of the leading doctors’ marketplaces in the world. Joined as one of the first employees. Responsible for building some of the core features like visit booking flow, as well as some more exploratory topics — 3rd party vendor integrations.

Full stack software engineer, product designer, team leader and more. The company scaled up, presented me with opportunities, and I took them
