What I'm looking for

I've worked in various companies, on different products, ranging from e-commerce, to risk management. Most of the time I was responsible for full stack implementation of user-facing applications (front, back, cloud). I took part in different initiatives, like the frontend chapter (where company-wide frontend decisions and guidelines were created), the architecture committee (where decisions on how we organize our modules/responsibilities across different domains), coding-katas (where I introduced junior, but not only, developers to TDD). I hired quite a few engineers, mentored them, and grew with them. I was a people's manager for a year, where I took part in the creation of career paths for engineers, ensured the measurability of their professional development, and conducted 1:1s.
