I’m a senior executive with 12+ years of experience across general management, business development, and international logistics, and I lead with both commercial acumen and operational depth. As Managing Director of a country organization within a global logistics group, I build, scale, and run businesses across multiple functions—setting strategy, building teams from scratch, and ensuring strong delivery performance in complex, cross-border environments.
In my current role, I built up the Romania operations from scratch and manage full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, while driving go-to-market strategy and business development across key client segments.
