What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can teach and/or support customers using my English skills, empathy, and organization. I want a team that values communication, growth, and practical impact, with opportunities to keep developing my teaching and digital marketing strengths.

I’m a graduate in Licenciatura en Traducción e Interpretación del Idioma Inglés, with a strong foundation in language excellence and clear communication. I’m dependable, humble, and consistent, and I bring empathy and strong interpersonal skills into every role I take.

In my professional experience, I’ve supported English learning through service and teaching roles, including “Servicio Social” and multiple teaching practices. I’ve taught English and handled classes, demonstrating adaptability and perseverance while working with different students and educational settings.

Beyond teaching, I’ve worked in customer-facing and growth-focused environments. I’ve provided service and guidance to clients, supported small processes and “uso de la Banca Móvil,” and also led “Marketing Digital” with hands-on management of social networks. I’ve additionally worked in call center-related activities and as a credit card promoter, helping people with onboarding steps and customer support.
