At The Barnes Foundation, I own the Salesforce platform across architecture, development, integrations, and administration. I’m leading the consolidation of two orgs into one platform, unifying constituent records and supporting cross-department reporting.
I designed and built card payments and automated billing inside Salesforce, serving several business units and merchant accounts through one process. The in-house payment integration replaced a third-party processor and cut fees by about 3% on more than $1M processed.
I also built a daily data warehouse-to-Salesforce pipeline that syncs ticketed donations and memberships, giving the organization near-real-time revenue visibility. A giving view brings a household’s direct and influenced giving together on one screen for fundraisers.
At American National University, I took over a failed Salesforce and contact-center implementation, stabilized production, and led a ground-up rebuild. I also built a cloud contact center for 60 to 90 agents and an integration moving applicant records and documents from the online application portal into the student information system. My earlier operations leadership at GameStop informs how I work with stakeholders and turn loosely defined problems into systems people use.
